Aimée Jose provides clinical guidance to understand and adjust insulin safely. Based in San Diego, and living with type 1 diabetes since 1983, she has dedicated her career to helping people navigate insulin therapy, diabetes technology, and real-life decision-making.

​Adam Brown is based in San Francisco, also lives with type 1 diabetes, and is the author of Bright Spots & Landmines. Adam now runs a private practice supporting the mental health of people with diabetes.
